About Me

Hello World! My name is Amir Ibrahim and I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer animation and Game development at California State University Chico. I've always had a passion and fascination with not only the fun of  playing videogames, but more specifically with the complexities of how they are brought to life, and made more enjoyable to play through the eyes of a consumer. I am in my Senior year and plan to graduate in the fall of 2021. Throughout my time of learning the production process of video games, I began to grow increasingly passionate for it as my skillset and knowledge of the various software grew. The main programs that I was practiced with were: Unity, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Motion builder, Substance Alchemist, Designer, Painter, as well as sharpening my skills in Adobe Photoshop which I had been familiar with since high school. I had also gotten to become more familiar with programming in C# in order to create some games in Unity. Out of the many things that I had learned, without a doubt I felt most comfortable and actually enjoyed working mostly with asset production and modeling in particular. As I continue to take the rest of my classes it becomes clearer to me by the semester where I would like to focus my skillset on, level design and environment art modeling.
